About
I am a PhD candidate at The Australian National University (submitted August 2011). I have an MA from Indiana University's Department of Central Eurasian Studies.
My research focus is on violent conflict, social, political and military mobilization, ethnicity, religion, insurgency, etc... My main region of interest is Central Asia, including Afghanistan.
I am currently in Tajikistan as an IREX Title VIII Policy Fellow.
